Excellent Real Estate Agent, Mary Ann Durr! Mary Ann listed two of our homes. Her professionalism, integrity, hard work and knowledge of the market make her the first choice you should make in selling your home or buying one. Mary Ann listed our home in Oceanport Jockey Club and it sold within a month in a tough time when Sandy had devastated the area. She then sold us our home in Cedar Village and we listed it with her since we decided to move to Florida. We had already purchased a place in Florida and had to sell our house quickly. Mary Ann came over and took measurements of the rooms, took photos and entered oour listing in MLS on a Saturday afternoon and we had two showings the next day and two full price offers that day.
