Mary Ann listed our home in Oceanport Jockey Club and it sold within a month in a tough time when Sandy had devastated the area. She then sold us our home in Cedar Village and we listed it with her since we decided to move to Florida. We had already purchased a place in Florida and had to sell our house quickly.
